- Please be aware that this is a newly developed neighborhood and construction may still be ongoing. You might encounter workers and equipment in the vicinity as finishing touches are applied to various homes.
- Landscaping in the front and back yards is currently incomplete and will require some time before completion.

This inviting retreat is situated in a gated community with 24-hour security, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. You'll find an abundance of activities just a 10-minute drive away, including pristine beaches, local snorkeling spots, and diverse eateries.

QUIET TIME:
Being part of a residential community means we ask all guests to respect our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. HOA guidelines enforce quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

PARKING:
Driveway parking is available, but street parking is not permitted.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, except for a few locked closets and cabinets for storage purposes.

The Neighborhood:
Surrounded by the breathtaking Mt. Ka’ala and the Waianae Mountain Range, you are only minutes away from parks, markets, and restaurants. It's a short drive to Mākaha Beach Park, the nearest beach, located just 5 minutes away. Additionally, it's 40 minutes from the airport (HNL) and 45 minutes from vibrant Waikiki.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific cancellation policies apply based on the platform used for booking. Please note there are no refunds within 30 days of check-in for bookings made through our website. A security deposit of $500 USD will be required.

We kindly remind guests to bring any issues to our attention during your stay, so we can resolve them promptly. Refunds for cleaning fees or nightly rates will not be authorized post-checkout, and we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit incurs a $500 USD penalty.

Please be advised that we maintain a no-pet policy. If you must bring a pet, there will be an additional fee of $200 per pet for the duration of your stay. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies after the first six guests.
